- I teach across several areas in our bachelor’s program and continuing education, including Requirements Engineering, Software Construction, and the overall construction lifecycle with a focus on testing and DevOps. In addition, I coach student teams in applying agile practices on long-term projects and supervise bachelor theses, guiding students from identifying a problem to designing, implementing, and validating a solution. Alongside teaching, I lead and manage multiple industry collaboration projects as Principal Investigator and actively contribute to project acquisition through the preparation of funding proposals.
University of Bern, as a Research assistant
February 2018-February 2022
- I have supervised multiple bachelor and master theses, guiding students from problem identification to designing, implementing, and validating their solutions. In addition, I have led a semester-long software engineering project over four consecutive years, supporting 50–60 students annually as they learned to elicit and specify requirements, create prototypes, and progress through implementation and testing. I also taught the Seminar in Software Engineering (BSc/MSc) as an independent instructor, introducing students to the software engineering research landscape and helping them explore state-of-the-art tools and techniques through the development of prototype solutions.
